BlackOut Weekend is a fun networking event held in Lake Tahoe and boasts 3 fun filled days of parties, skiing/snowboarding, and a host of other activities. Still, in 10 years of the annual event, it’s never seen anything like 'Know the Unknown'.
To promote the adventurous Rav 4, Toyota partnered with One X Studios to create a virtual reality experience at BlackOut Weekend that would be just as thrilling as hitting the slopes. In addition to giving attendees a very up-close look at the vehicle, the VR activation included a hair-raising mounting climbing experience and an interactive Tilt Brush experience all designed for both live and social media engagement.
